• Create and edit high-quality content such as product/service descriptions, guides, and knowledgebase articles within a wide range of niche topics.
• Support and implement a content strategy that aims to improve search rankings, increase targeted traffic, and grow Airtasker’s user base.
• Optimise and localise content based on keyword research, keeping in mind geographical considerations, cultural nuances, and regional translations, to make sure content is fit for the local market.
• Manage a team of internal and outsourced content writers to scale content production.
• Ensure a well-maintained content calendar, scheduling and timely delivery of content requirements
• Apply SEO content best practices and are familiar with; optimising content (titles, meta descriptions, anchor text), use of different keyword types
• Define and uphold editorial brand guidelines.
• Utilise certain AI and automation tools to improve/expedite content production workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with the SEO Team to identify and apply keyword research
  
  

• At least 2-3 years of content writing experience, with a strong background in writing B2C and B2B content whilst executing on-page SEO tactics
• Knowledge in creating and editing high-quality content such as product/service descriptions, guides, and knowledgebase articles within a wide range of niche topics.
• Support and implement a content strategy that aims to improve search rankings, increase targeted traffic, and grow Airtasker’s user base.
• Optimise and localise content based on keyword research, keeping in mind geographical considerations, cultural nuances, and regional translations, to make sure content is fit for the local market.
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Surfer SEO.
• Familiarity with certain AI and automation tools to help the team improve/expedite steps of our content production process
