Job Description


The Lead Assistant Manager / Sr. Supervisor will be responsible for supporting and/or leading Total Rewards projects that will increase functional productivity of the Total Rewards Team, including but not limited to job evaluation and pricing activity, Compensation Benchmark Study, Salary structure review and development, etc.


Essential Functions

  • Assist in designing and implementation of Total Rewards to amplify Business Productivity and sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, and retains talent.
  • To partner with Ops to support effective internal processes involving total rewards.
  • Liaise with Talent Acquisition and HRB Teams and ensure smooth pricing and hiring process.
  • Assist in the design and upkeep of C&B policies and ensure effective and timely communication to all stakeholders.
  • Serve as internal resource for operations managers, HR peer group, and employees on compensation and benefits programs, plans and policies.
  • Partners with cross functional teams to ensure the coverage of all grounds on project executions.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency of Total Rewards and / or our stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Outlook and MS Office Tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Proficient in excel
  • Knowledge of total rewards methodologies and principles - preferred
  • Commitment and drive for results
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issue.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance/Accounting or related field
  • 3-5 year of relevant working experience out of which at least 1 year in BPO / ITES industry, preferably in Total Rewards in PH.
