Business Analyst Specialist (Global Supply Chain Logistics)

Role Overview:

Lead technology solutions and service delivery to enhance global supply chain operations. This role involves managing projects, supporting product development, and ensuring seamless implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee small to medium-scale projects across IT and business teams.
• Requirement Gathering: Collect, document, and present business requirements through reports, presentations, and demos.
• Product Development: Support product design, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Solution Implementation: Assist in solution rollouts, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and post-implementation support.
• Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions and develop product guidelines for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in international supply chain logistics (Import/Export) and 2 years in project management within a global environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio, and Project; familiarity with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
