Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide legal advice to management and staff.
  • Develop compliance programs and training sessions.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Act as a liaison with external legal counsel.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum education level is high school diploma. Further legal or compliance-related education is a plus.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required, though internships or volunteer work in legal fields may be advantageous.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in monitoring compliance with laws and regulations, support audits, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, with regular hours; potential overtime during audits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Integrity, professionalism, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
