Key Responsibilities:

• Manage disputes, potential litigation, and actual litigation, including labor disputes, contractual disputes, and other legal conflicts, on behalf of the company.
• Provide in-house handling of routine litigations.
• Proactively address dispute risks based on an in-depth understanding of company operations, policies, and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, human resources, and other departments, to address legal issues and develop effective strategies for dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy and decision-making.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Represent the company in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other legal service providers, as needed.
• Support general operations on an alternate basis, providing legal assistance and advice as needed to support company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Member of the IBP in good standing
• At least 3 years experience in litigation/private practice
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
