Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Customer Happiness Agent, you’ll be responsible for providing top-tier customer support via email, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email.
  • Provide accurate product information and solutions.
  • Process order updates, returns, and billing adjustments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (FMCG industry experience is a bonus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical mindset to enhance the customer experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with adaptability to changing needs.
  • Proficiency in Gorgias platform.
  • Experience with Shopify and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Must be open to flexible hours, including weekends.
