Job Description

We are currently seeking a candidate for a Program Coordinator to support their day-to-day program needs, including reporting, audit, manager and vendor communication, and other administrative and operational duties.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a communication-based, client services function
  • US Staffing experience preferred.
  • US Client Management and Coordination Experience
  • Experience with MSP


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support program leadership in an administrative and operational capacity, ensuring a seamless process from position/requisition origination to worker placement/offboarding.
  • Support communication between program leadership, managers, and vendors as it pertains to candidate submittals, interview scheduling, supplier call scheduling, candidate coaching, termination, and ad hoc requests.
  • Maintain client specific SOPs for job creation and submission processes.
  • May support in report generation, as needed.
