DESCRIPTION

• Activation

• Conceptualize, secure approval for and implement marketing events and other activation based on project briefs prepared by the brand team
• Lead the implementation of short-term marketing related activities such as fun runs, tie-ups with consumer product launches, road shows, special corporate activities, etc.
• Identify, secure and book suitable venue or location for a marketing event
• Supervise and facilitate event registration process
• Identify in all aspect of risk assessment and crisis management, planning strategies, which includes, but is not limited to security of the event
• Ensure accomplishment of all administrative work required for event staging
• Participate in internal and external planning committees/ groups to define goals and objectives for a specific marketing event
• Establish staff of team’s schedule including task assignments equipment allocation
