Responsibilities:

• Work with senior management to define and implement financial strategies. Provide financial analysis to inform business decisions and identify potential areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns
• Coordinate and manage both internal and external audits, ensuring issues are promptly addressed. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Work closely with other departments to support business objectives.
• Ensure effective management of liquidity and working capital. Optimize the use of financial resources and maintain strong banking relationships.
• Leverage ERP systems (and other tools) to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency. Recommend and drive technological upgrades to streamline financial processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant Controllership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• Continuous improvement mindset and familiar with key & emerging technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Highly analytical with a strategic, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity in financial practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a culturally and ethnically diverse workforce
• Demonstrated responsiveness to internal and external clients
