The Fleet Management Associate plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the company’s fleet of vehicles. This position is responsible for overseeing insurance claims, managing vehicle documentation, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks effectively and support overall fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Insurance Claims Management:

• Coordinate and process insurance claims for vehicle accidents, damage, and other related incidents.
• Liaise with insurance companies, adjusters, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate claims resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of claims, including costs, timelines, and outcomes.

2.) Vehicle Documentation and Compliance:

• Manage vehicle registrations, renewals, and licensing requirements, ensuring all vehicles are legally compliant.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet documentation, including vehicle insurance, maintenance logs, and driver information.

3.) Maintenance Coordination:

• Schedule and oversee regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
• Monitor service agreements with vendors and coordinate service schedules to minimize downtime.

4.) Fleet Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare reports on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and utilization rates.
• Track and analyze data related to vehicle incidents and insurance claims to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5.) Support Fleet Operations:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including dispatching vehicles, monitoring vehicle use, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with drivers and other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth fleet operations.
