The Role: 

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will have full responsibility over all global commercial campaign newsletters and work with analysis and segmentation. The mission will be to leverage the email marketing channel to convert subscribers to customers and customers to loyal customers. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Collaborate within the marketing department to align newsletters with the overall communication/commercial calendar
• Administrate ESP and send out processes for newsletters
• Responsible for creating all voucher codes as well as creating, executing and optimizing newsletter activities to increase conversion, repeat purchases and ultimately online sales
• Coordinate and request creative assets (copy, images etc) from the creative department needed to compile the newsletters
• Identify new email opportunities and project manage new email campaigns, A/B tests and templates with designers and developers
• Monitor and analyze the different lifecycle stages and implement proper actions to increase CLTV and to maximize cross &-upsell opportunities
• Provide ongoing list management and cleanliness strategies
• Continuously test, follow up, analyze, report on email marketing KPI:s and optimize future email campaigns
• Map, develop and optimize marketing automation flows
• Continuously and actively develop skills within the platform (Emarsys) in order to troubleshoot and identify cross-channel functionality

Qualifications: 

• Degree in Marketing Automation, Marketing or similar
• Have an understanding for data analysis & creative marketing
• 1-2 years of experience of a similar role
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in Emarsys is a big plus
