  • s Perform initial troubleshooting for network-related incidents and implement corrective actio

  • s Work closely with engineering and support teams to resolve more complex network issu

  • s Maintain thorough records of incidents and service requests to support reporting and analys

  • s Assist in implementing routine maintenance and upgrades to network syste

  • s Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for NOC operatio

s Requiremen

ts1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferre

d.2. Previous experience in a Network Operations Center or similar role is desirabl

e.3. Basic understanding of networking principles, including knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switche

s.4. Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, or Nagios is a plu

s.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot network issue

s.6. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearl

y.7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environmen

t.8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to cover 24/7 operation
