Job Title: Intermediary Partners Assistant - Partners Management

Division: Operations

Department: Operations Back Office and Support Department

Reports to (Position of Immediate Superior): Intermediary Partners Operations Manager

Primary Job Responsibility

  • Assists in the overall management of intermediary partners after accreditation up to disaccreditation
  • Helps in the fulfillment of defined activities and initiatives for agent validation and retention

I. Job Description

  • Duties and Responsibilities done at PERIODIC or REGULAR Intervals
  • Responds to intermediary partners’ emails, calls, or texts (general inquiries and requests)
  • Updates basic information of intermediary partners (email address, bank details, etc.)
  • Updates databases, shared files, and monitoring log sheets
  • Requests updating of website for the list of legitimate agents
  • Assists in the facilitation of HMO renewal and enrollment for qualified agents
  • Monitors HMO payment of enrolled agents
  • Assists in the facilitation of agency production and plantilla review, and agency clean-up
  • Sends reminders on agency production performance
  • Helps in the facilitation of awarding of agency incentives
  • Duties and Responsibilities done at IRREGULAR or INTERMITTENT Intervals
  • Approves social media sites of agents used for Maxicare business
  • Facilitates data changes and responds to intermediary partner-related concerns
  • Facilitates agency movement requests (transfers, promotions, resignations, and downgrades)
  • Cascades advisories to intermediary partners
  • Helps in the facilitation and implementation of agency initiatives and events

  • EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

MINIMUM educational level and background required by this POSITION: College graduate of 4, 5 year-course.

  • EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

PERIOD OF TIME OR LENGTH of related experience the CANDIDATE must acquire before being

assigned to and perform the functions of this job, SATISFACTORILY under NORMAL supervision: One year - Less than 3 years
