Plant Sales Supervisor visit the customers regularly. They also serve as internal audit of the route sales team and check customers AR, on-loaned cylinder and BIVMC Gas Line Piping System.

Responsibilities:
●Manage and monitor overall performance of route customers for generic, towngaz, superkalan commercial and retail outlets.

● Take orders and manage delivery schedules of products.

● Ensure that all customers are efficiently and timely served with the help of drivers and helpers.

● Conduct weekly audits on the delivered customers with existing on-loaned cylinders and gas line pipe to ensure proper usage and condition.

● Provide market information such as competitors pricing and marketing initiatives.

● Update customer’s price book on a daily basis.

● Ensure timely collection within the approved term.

● Collate and raise customer’s feedback and concern to the division head.

● Prepare and submit daily routes sales reports to the Asst. Plant Sales Manager.
● Provide critical support and supervision over the Delivery Salesman and Helper

●Monitor tasks and performance of subordinates under the Plant Sales Department.
●Participate in the ‘Occupational Health and Safety’ (OH&S) programs and initiatives in the store, plant and department in accordance with over-all OH&S objectives and directions

● Initiate, coordinate and implement with OH&S all safety and health programs.

● Follow the Safety Procedures implemented all the time in the plant premises i.e wearing of PPE’s.

●Ensure that business activities are conducted in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures;

• Ensure that all regulatory permits remain current and appropriate for business needs;

• Provide reporting with respect to regulatory requirements and developments

• Develop compliance checklists and prepare compliance reports, as and when due

• Inform the Internal Audit unit of any findings as regards non-compliance that may require investigation

• Ensuring compliance with best practices
