Full stack developer (Lead)


  • Full Stack developer with 12-15 years' experience in Java, J2EE, Protobuf, gRPC, Microservice, Angular 2, TypeScript, HTML and css.
  • Good in data structure and algorithm.
  • Good debugging skills. Application development with TDD approach.


    • Backend Developer


  • Frontend developer with 5-8 years' experience in Java, J2EE, Protobuf, gRPC, Microservice.
  • Good in data structure and algorithm.
  • Good debugging skills. Application development with TDD approach.


    • Frontend Developer


  • Frontend developer with 5-8 years' experience in Angular 2, TypeScript, HTML and css.
  • Good in data structure and algorithm.
  • Good debugging skills. Application development with TDD approach.


    • Summary:

    As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve leading a team, applying your expertise in software development, and supporting projects with your technical knowledge.

    Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Expected to be an SME
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Lead the team in software development tasks
  • Ensure project milestones are met
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members


    • Professional & Technical Skills:


  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies
  • Experience in leading software development projects
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Application Framework
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Self-motivated and good team player.


    • Additional Information:


  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition
  • This position is based at our Manila office
