Job Description

The Telesales Staff is principally responsible for generating sales production through the active selling of Credit cards, SIP Loans, and Personal Loans by doing sales calls involving acquisition and increase in product usage for the attainment of sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Assists clients with their sales-related inquiries, requests, and services
  • Meets sales and service quality requirements while ensuring that the bank's information security policy is practiced
  • Handles new opportunities and sales campaigns that may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder (any course)
  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required
  • Must have good communication skills and customer service skills
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
