• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA required
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role in a multinational company in the technology, retail, or distribution industry
• Must have extensive experience in end-to-end accounting, tax, and audit
• Strong people management abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
