Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Relationship Manager Assistant to join our Clients’ client relations team. The successful candidate will be responsible to build strong client relationships, offer tailored solutions, identify upsell opportunities, track satisfaction, resolve issues, and support business development.

Work Set Up:

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • Work Setup: Onsite
  • Location: Cavite
  • Client Industry: Finance
  • 5 Positions Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned Relationship Manager, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and challenges to offer tailored solutions and drive client success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that align with clients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track client engagement, satisfaction, and retention rates.
  • Handle client escalations, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to maintain client trust and loyalty.
  • Assist with business development and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related role, as a Relationship Manager or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Accuracy, keen on details, and ability to do multitask.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive and positive mindset.
