Job Responsibilities:

•Utilization of digital platforms in doing daily activities related to and assigned to each member of the Area/District/Region assigned.

•Strategic Business management – Plan, Set and Execute to deliver Expected performance of the Area/District/Region .

•Customer Engagement & E.H&S

•People Management Area/District/Region Team assigned

•Area/District/Region Market Access and decision-making process support in achieving department goals/objectives

•Approval of cost, margins and business decisions to align activities on departmental and corporate targets.

•Management bridge to ground personnel and customers.

•Other special projects that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the achievement of objectives and goals

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in handling/supervising a sales team
• Experience in the construction industry
• Engineering graduates a preference but not required
• HVAC and Elevator experience a preference but not required
