Work set-up: Onsite
Location: Calamba, Laguna
Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day customer service support to customers' needs based on client account services or products.
- Handles assistance through Email, Chat and a little bit of voice.
- Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.
- Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.
- Ensures quality support and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- College graduate of any course
- Very good English communication skills on both oral and written
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
