ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility ensuring a safe and functional working environment 
• Ensures third party contractor’s strict adherence to Facilities policies, systems, and procedures including maintaining the service level management of the site. 
• Ensures implementation of maintenance and repair programs of all company-owned and leased physical assets and equipment:   
  • UPS electrical equipment and distribution system
  • CCTV & Card Access System
  • Utilities and plumbing
  • Fire protection/FDAS and FM200
  • Office Equipment and furniture
• Assists in real estate related programs such as, but not limited to: project evaluation, project management, renovation works, maintenance works, securing government permits, PEZA related adherence, sourcing/accrediting/recommending contractors, business analysis and other administrative functions.
• Provides administrative support such as documentation and file management, contract and vendor management
• Performs/Coordinate periodical maintenance activities on office facilities such as on electrical, mechanical and electronic systems
• Manages housekeeping and security deployment, schedule adherence, reports and supplies
• Assist government agencies personnel in conducting annual inspections and compliance to agency requirements (PEZA/DOLE/DOH/BFP/DENR)
• Assist in PEZA and DOLE reportorial requirements
• Provide day-to-day facility support to Production Operation and act as the point of contact to the Building Administration to resolve issues and concerns
• Provides administrative support such as documentation and file management, contract and vendor management. 
• Act as Safety Officer which includes supporting OHS policies, advise on safety topics, conduct risk assessment, update policies, organize training, inspect premises, investigate incidents and reporting occurrences. 

 

Education and Experience

• Graduate of Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in BPO Industry as Facilities Engineer
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in BPO Industry as Facilities Engineer Supervisor
