• Performs end-to-end compliance testing to ensure adherence of bank activities/services to relevant laws and regulations
• Develops and maintains testing plans and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory updates/best practices
• Prepares testing reports on testing results, findings and recommendations as well as maintain records of the compliance testing activities and reports
• Works closely with business units on compliance requirements/expectations
• Provides support during examinations/audit in relation the necessary documentation and explanations regarding compliance tests and findings
  
  

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of solid experience in Compliance/Audit/Risk roles from local banking industry or Audit Firm
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Good level of English both spoken and written
• Team spirit (being able to cooperate with colleagues including from other departments)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
