The Systems Analyst (SAP SF) will be responsible for the following:
Handle implementation and support of critical business systems, with specific focus on SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
Assess business requirement and provide overall effort estimate for enhancements and projects on the assigned module.
Provide required documentation to support a change (Functional Specification, Configuration document, Test Scripts, others).
Perform Unit Testing/System Integration/Regression testing.
Facilitate UAT with business users.
Conduct knowledge transfer to AMS 3P Support.
Participate in the hypercare support during post project Go Live.
Work with vendors on project delivery, enhancement and issues resolution.
Provide response to the day to day queries of end users.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of IT, Computer Engineering, or any related courses.
With at least 3-5 years of experience in implementation and configuration of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
With experience in performing fit-gap analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, testing and training.
With experience in creating documentation like blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, user guides and process flows.
With experience managing and handling vendor deliverables for both projects and BAU.
With experience on integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM as well as with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
With experience on any of the following functionalities of SAP HCM - OM, PA, Timekeeping, Payroll, ESS, MSS.
With experience on any of the following functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors - Recruitement, Onboarding, Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, SPCDP, Compensation.
With experience using test management tools such as qtest is a plus.
SAP Certification is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
