Our client, a well-established U.S.-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. Specializing in litigation and commercial collections, this firm is dedicated to providing strategic and results-driven legal services to its clients.

We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented , and individual to support the litigation and commercial collections practice.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Produce draft litigation documents using template documents in a fast-paced litigation practice.
• Apply critical thinking to identify key issues, assess relevant information, and effectively use firm-approved templates to draft accurate and compliant documents.
• Organizing and maintaining documents in electronic filing system.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science or other related allied courses.
• Related experience in litigation and commercial collections is an advantage
• Skilled at multi-tasking; able to coordinate, organize, prioritize, and execute responsibilities in the face of conflicting priorities and unexpected situations
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and Adobe Pro
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple software applications efficiently in a legal setting
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Strong phone presence is a must; ability to communicate effectively on video conferencing such as Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
•  Willingness to report onsite at Makati City during US Business hours
