1. Develop course syllabi and deliver lectures to students.

2. Provide advice and guidance to students about their career goals

3. Conduct research in their field of experience and publish findings in school journals.

4. Participate in professional development activities, to enhance teaching skills and increase knowledge.

5. Monitor and evaluate student progress and outcomes.

6. Can teach courses in both a synchronous and asynchronous online environment.
