The New Accounts Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers across the country. This role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to present our business, company and brand profile as well as product information to potential customers and a focus on expanding the company’s reach for outright channel in various regions.

MAJOR TASKS

• Identify the target potential new customers for outright channel.

• Develop and implement strategic approaches to engage prospective customers in diverse regions.

• Build a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, cold outreach and industry research.

• Create and deliver persuasive presentations that showcase the company’s products and value preposition.

• Lead contract negotiations with new customers to secure favorable terms that align with business objectives.

• Customize sales proposals based on customer needs, ensuring alignment with customer goals.

• Travel extensively to different regions to meet with potential customers, build relationships and close deals.

• Analyze regional market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies for different geographic areas.

• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with local market demands and logistics.

• Meet or exceed target for new accounts.

• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status and revenue forecasts.

• Contribute to the development of long-term sales strategies that will drive sustained growth in the outright channel.

• Gather feedback from customers and communicate insights to internal terms for product development and improvement.
