Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Employee Relations Officer role located in Taguig. The Employee Relations Officer will be responsible for employer and employee engagement, communication, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Employer Engagement and Employee Engagement skills
• Employee Relations and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Previous experience in HR or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
