Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations (ER):
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding ER issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and workplace behavior.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive employee relations and a productive work environment.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, company culture, and employee rights.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs related to workplace conduct and conflict resolution.
- Track and report trends in employee relations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- HRIS Management:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across employee records.
- Assist with system updates, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure the HRIS meets the organization’s evolving needs.
- Run regular reports from HRIS and analyze data on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, performance, compensation).
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on how to use HRIS effectively.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize the functionality of the HRIS and integrate with other systems (e.g., payroll, benefits).
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR data.
- General HR Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR team with the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
