Position: Solar Energy Technical Support Representative

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 50,000 PHP

Benefits: Holiday leave, bonuses

Job Overview:

As a Solar Energy Technical Support Representative, you will assist Australian customers with technical inquiries related to solar energy systems. You will troubleshoot product issues, provide guidance on installation and maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction through expert problem-solving.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding solar energy products.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to solar panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.
  • Guide customers through installation, configuration, and maintenance processes.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
  • Stay up to date with solar energy technologies and industry best practices.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in the energy or solar industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
