Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Pasig. The Information Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues with desktop computers, and assisting with help desk inquiries. The individual will handle various aspects of information technology to ensure the smooth operation of technology within the organization.


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience
  • Can start ASAP
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers
  • Information Technology and Help Desk Support skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with common IT software and hardware
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
